Omigosh..a 3.00! It's been a long time since I had a 3.00..always something close to it, like 2.8 or something. Remember me talking about Sensation & Perception..the class I got a D in last semester? Well I got a C Plus! I'm so excited!! Current Moral and Social Issues was the Philosphy Class I had that Exam in that I wrote like a book for, lol. So yayyyy! Hello! So, today. I woke up, got ready and was off to a Mets vs. Braves game with Mattie, my dad and my cousin Alex. We drove to Shea Stadium so I brought Shojo Beat, Imadoki Volumes 1-2 and Miracle Girls Volume 1 to read along the way. I was sorta irritated because I stayed up quite late Friday..oh well. Not the whole game though. Had a nasty ass, overpriced lunch. I got tired around the 6th innning and was nodding off somewhat. Anyway, the Mets won 6-5..so go Mets! Then we took Alex home. I love Imadoki..it rocks hard. I'm on Volume 2. Miracle Girls I didn't really like so much..it's weird because the bonus story at the end of Volume 1 I actually liked A LOT..and the author said that the bonus story is what got her to write Miracle Girls. And it really irritated me that the manga read from left to right..oh well, it was a Tokyo Pop manga..I'm used to reading Viz. Anyway. We stopped for groceries then came home. I called Mike and watched DBZ then I went back to studying for my Philosophy Exam -_- Then I called Mike for Naruto and it rocked! Sakura is so cool..I mean, she cut off most of her hair with a dagger! O.O Then I got off the phone and ate dinner. I got Asian Glazed Wings and Spicy Shrimp with Pasta from Ruby Tuesday's. Hey everyone! What's up? So, my day today. Went to Philosophy..we had a debate..I didn't really say anything though..went to the bus stop..got to Livingston..picked up my Sociology book..ate lunch..went to Sociology..went to Film Class. Now, get this. I got into a debate with my professor! We were talking about Lost In Translation and she was saying how she thought it was racist towards Japanese people and THEN she said it was racist just like Memoirs of a Geisha. And I was like, WTF?! So, I raised my hand and asked her how was that movie racist? And she asked me do you know what kind of actors they got for that movie? Chinese people to portray Japanese characters! So, then I said but do you know that in Japan the top box office draws are Chinese actors, i.e. Gong Li, Ziyi Zhang, Jet Li, etc. and the only Japanese actor in the movie (Ken Watanabe) had absolutley no problem with Chinese actors being in the movie? And then she was like, Yeah but I still think that Rob Marshall (director) is a stupid American racist and thinks all Asians are the same. Lame! I had to let it go because the whole discussion was off topic since we were supposed to be talking about Lost In Translation. So, then I went to Blockbuster and bought a used copy of Blue Steel. Then Mike called me and we watched Real World together. I have sooooooo much work to do! Hi everyone! So, I hung out with Mike today. He picked me up..we stopped at the police station to pick up my accident report o.O..then we go to his house. Blah blah skipping over DOA 3 stuff because I got pissed..then he had to go do something..then he came back and we took a nap together blah blah..then we woke up and we played DOA Ultimate 2 together. Then we watched Flightplan..dude that movie fucking kicked ass..Jodie Foster rocks! I loved it! ♥ We did some other stuff ♥ ♥ ♥ and then we stopped at McDonald's and he bought me dinner. Oh! Hey ^_^
Sup? So, today. I woke up, got ready and Mike came over. I watched him play Sudeki for a bit and then he beat my ass in Tao Feng. It was really, really pathetic but I was pissed because I didn't know how to do the combos >_< Oh well, I think I beat him twice ^^' Then we just held each other for a bit and he left. Then I was dropped off at the train station and I took the train to Newark Airport and met my sister and my cousin Evelyn. Then we met up with my mom and went to Jersey Gardens Mall. I tried on my dress and it fit PERFECTLY! Yay! LOL..then I tried to get shoes but I didn't really find anything. I went to get silver wedge-heeled shoes to match my dress. So, then I got Cinnabon Bites (note the icon :)) and then we went to Ruby Tuesday's. I got Loaded Cheese Fries, Coconut Shrimp and Strawberry Tallcake with Kiwi Lemonade :) Then I came home and called Mike and watched TV and read him the Sudeki FAQ. Now I'm about to go to sleep. I am SO happy right now!! I got a B on my Sensation & Perception Exam!! YAY!! And I got all the extra credit points so I got a C on my first exam! So I have approximately a C Plus in the class right now! I am so so so so so happy about this! *jumps up and down and huggles you all* Just had to post about this..not much else has happened today. Hey everyone! So..my day today ^-^ I got up and stuffed, sealed and stamped over a hundred anniversary party invitations pretty much by myself @.@ Hehe..then Michael came over and we watched King King together and I really liked it! I totally thought I wouldn't and I totally thought it was going to be stupid but it SO kicked ass! The special effects were amazing. And I don't think I was as bothered by the length as other people were. Then he took me to Burger King and we ate together in his car and then he brought me back home. Hi all. So, I got up sorta late..crammed for my Philosophy test..and got to class. The test wasn't that bad. The essay questions were easy enough but the multiple choice was fucking impossible! I had a bag of Cooler Ranch Doritos and Cheetos before the test. Then I got to Livingston and had Pepperoni Pizza and a Hawaiian Punch. Then I went to Sociology and talked to Mike and I was tired as hell. Then I went to my Film Class and had Vanilla Creme Sandwich Cookies with Hawaiian Punch. We watched Blue Steel which is this really good movie made in the 90s with Jamie Lee Curtis. She plays a cop who shoots a robber in self defense who is holding up a convenience store. The robber's gun is stolen at the crime scene and is used to kill people. The bullets used to kill people all have Megan's (Jamie Lee Curtis)'s name filed onto them. I liked it :) Then I came home and ate a Black Forest Ham Sandwich from Wendy's with a Sprite then I called Mike and we watched Inu Yasha. Night!
